My work blends intuitive, attuned touch with skilled therapeutic technique, including the ability to work deeply, address chronic tension, and apply focused trigger point therapy when appropriate.

Each session is fully customized to your needs on the day, supporting pain relief, nervous system regulation, and deep relaxation. Ongoing client care notes are kept on file to ensure consistency, track progress, and support long-term results over time.

Audio Visual Entrainment Therapy

Audio-visual light sessions use rhythmic light patterns to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and brainwave entrainment. Sessions are non-invasive and deeply restorative, and may be used on their own or alongside bodywork to enhance integration and overall therapeutic effect.

Andrea’s work is shaped by a lifestyle rooted in movement, mindfulness, and ongoing study of the body–mind connection. With training in therapeutic massage, Qigong, Bioenergetics through Dr. Sue Morter, and audio-visual entrainment, she offers integrative sessions that support physical relief, nervous system balance, and deeper self-awareness. Treatments are individualized and may range from deeply restorative to more targeted therapeutic or recovery-focused work. Andrea is passionate about supporting people in reconnecting with their bodies and moving forward on their wellness path with greater ease and resilience.
